Zakopane Premium Apartments – Guest Information and Policies

Zakopane Premium Apartments is an accommodation service provided by PHU BMX S.C. Bronisław Wodziak & Bogusław Wodziak. Below you will find the key rules for stays, reservations, and use of the apartments.

1. Business and contact information

2. Accommodation and amenities

  • We offer 2 apartments: “Kasprowy Wierch” and “Giewont”.
  • Breakfast is not included in the price.
  • The price includes final cleaning, fresh towels, a parking space, and Wi-Fi access.
  • Late check-out up to 3 hours is available on request for a fee of PLN 200.
  • Pets are allowed.

3. Reservation and payment

  • Reservations can be made via Booking.com, phone, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, the website, or email.
  • You may pay a deposit or the full amount in advance. We usually ask for the deposit within 2 days of booking, with the balance due on arrival.
  • Booking confirmations are sent by email or SMS (based on your selected contact method).
  • Payment documentation and invoices are available on request.

4. Cancellations and changes

  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival (full refund of prepayments).
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If your plans change, please contact us quickly; we will try to offer alternatives depending on availability.

5. Check-in, check-out, and house rules

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments; only outside in designated areas.
  • Smoking in the property results in a PLN 100 cleaning/ozone treatment fee.
  • Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed; only registered guests may use the apartment.
  • Detailed house rules are provided by email after booking.

6. Deposit and responsibility

  • The refundable deposit is PLN 600 and is usually collected at check-in (cash, or pre-authorization/transfer if arranged).
  • The deposit is returned within 2 days after departure, often immediately after inspection.
  • If there is damage or missing items, an appropriate amount may be deducted and documented.
  • Additional fees apply only in justified situations (e.g., late check-out, smoking).

7. Guest support and management

  • If you experience any issues during your stay, contact us by phone or email — we respond as quickly as possible.
  • For critical issues we respond urgently and may offer appropriate compensation if needed.
  • The property is managed directly by the owners; there is no permanent front desk.
  • You will receive your door access code and check-in details directly from us.
  • Cleaning and maintenance are handled by the owners or a professional company.
  • We operate legally and meet all required permits and standards.

8. Non-Refundable Offer (NRF)

  • The reservation system may include dates marked as NRF (Non-Refundable Offer).
  • A reservation made for a date marked as NRF means that no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation by the Guest, regardless of the time of cancellation.
  • Information about the non-refundable nature of the offer is clearly indicated during the reservation process before the reservation is submitted.
  • By making a reservation for an NRF-marked date, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the non-refundable conditions and acknowledge that no refund will be granted upon cancellation.
  • The NRF offer does not limit any rights of the Guest arising from mandatory provisions of applicable law.
